Ok, it’s dusk and pouring out, with a bit of sleet. WHY AREN’T YOUR LIGHTS ON?!

I still ache from falling down the stairs.

But, tomorrow is Friday and I have an after-work drinks date with my BFF, Avery.

Also, it may be cold and sleety, but I have a new bright green cashmere cable turtleneck sweater that I got on uber-clearance from J. Crew. It’s amazing what a little color, a good deal, and some super-soft warmness can do to your mood.

That, and a glass of Baileys and a stack of YA ARCS.
